Knitting, dyeing, cutting and sewing under one roof
Owning the whole process is what makes low minimum orders, reliable colour matching and honest lead times possible. Our commercial office is in Yiwu, Zhejiang, and production runs at our own facility in Xingcheng, Liaoning — the Chinese swimwear manufacturing base. Here is what happens between your enquiry and your shipment.
Where we are
Two locations, one supply chain. Your enquiry, sampling follow-up and shipping documentation are handled by our Yiwu office; knitting, dyeing, printing and sewing all run at our own production site in Xingcheng.

Xingcheng is China’s swimwear manufacturing cluster, which is why swimwear and yoga wear sit side by side in our range: we have direct access to swimwear fabric, trims and skilled sewing lines in the same industrial base.

Production capabilities
Circular knitting
210–250 gsm stretch knits for yoga wear plus woven blends for swimwear, produced to your weight and stretch specification.
In-house dyeing and colour lab
Pantone matching and colour references held on file so reorder batches match earlier shipments.
Cutting and sewing
Dedicated yoga wear and swimwear lines with flatlock, overlock, coverstitch and bonding capability.
Printing
Sublimation printing for swimwear and yoga wear, with unlimited colours and print proofs before sampling.
Finishing and packing
Individual polybagging, hangtagging and export carton packing built around your retail or ecommerce requirement.
Quality control
AQL 2.5 inspection with written reporting and photo records; third-party inspection welcome at any stage.
Quality control, step by step
Quality problems are almost always detectable long before final inspection. Our checkpoints sit at the stages where they actually prevent defects rather than merely reporting them.
- Fabric inspectionWeight, stretch recovery, opacity and shade verified against the approved standard before cutting.
- Cutting checkPanel sizes and grain direction verified against the approved pattern and measurement sheet.
- In-line sewing checksSeam strength, elastic tension and stitch density checked during production, not after.
- Final inspectionAQL 2.5 with measurement, colour and workmanship review, documented with photos.
Capacity and lead times
Lead time depends on whether your style uses stock fabric or a custom knit, and on whether a new pattern must be developed.
