Yoga wear styles

Three signature builds we produce most often, each with its own page covering specification, customisation and MOQ.

In-house style catalogue — 95 styles

Every style below is already pattern-developed and cut and sewn on our own floor, so it can be produced under your label with logo printing, hangtag replacement and packaging bag replacement. Two fabric families cover the range: Brushed 220 gsm (59 styles) and Super Soft 230 gsm (36 styles). Open any style for its full specification, customisation options and ordering detail.

Brushed 220 gsm — 59 styles. Soft peach-fuzz brushed face, smooth against skin, warm handfeel. 75% Nylon / 25% Spandex, 8 to 33 stock colours per style. Best for: Everyday studio wear, autumn and winter lines, leggings and flare pants.

Super Soft 230 gsm — 36 styles. Higher elastane content: silkier hand, stronger recovery and stretch. 68% Nylon / 32% Spandex, 11 to 21 stock colours per style. Best for: Sculpting leggings, bike shorts and second-skin sets with high shape retention.

Choosing the right knit weight

Knit weight decides how your leggings feel and how they behave in pale colours. This is the single most useful specification to settle before sampling.

We test opacity at 250% stretch before bulk production and recommend a 250 gsm knit for light colours.

Yoga wear questions

What knit weights do you offer for yoga wear?

210 gsm for a light, second-skin feel and 250 gsm for a compression feel. Custom weights between 190 and 280 gsm are available on request.

Can I order leggings and tops as a matched set?

Yes. We dye both components in a single batch so the colour matches exactly, which is the usual way buyers build a set.

Do you offer squat-proof guarantees?

We test opacity at 250% stretch before bulk production and recommend a 250 gsm knit for pale colours.

What is the MOQ for custom colours?

Can you grade to my own size chart?
