The MC2186 is a full-length yoga legging cut from Brushed 220 gsm knitted fabric. It is one of the highest-volume silhouettes we run, and the pattern is already developed and graded in sizes S/M/L/XL, so a branded sample can be cut without any pattern cost on your side.
Because the fabric is a 75% Nylon / 25% Spandex knit, the legging returns to shape after stretching instead of bagging at the knee or seat. The waistband is built as a wide flat-locked panel with concealed elastic, and the seam lines are placed away from the highest-stretch points of the body so the garment stays smooth through standing twists and seated poses.

The Brushed family is a 220 gsm 75% Nylon / 25% Spandex knit with a lightly brushed face that gives a soft, slightly matte surface. It is the warmer of our two house knits and the one most buyers choose for autumn, winter and everyday studio ranges.
Because the brush lifts the surface fibres, the fabric also helps with opacity: pale and mid-tone colourways hold coverage better in this weight than in a lighter knit, which is why we recommend it when a buyer is nervous about a light colour.
Soft peach-fuzz surface
The brushed face gives the warm, slightly matte handfeel that reads as premium in a mid-price range.
220 gsm, opacity-friendly
The heavier hand helps pale and mid-tone colourways stay opaque at a 250% stretch test.

Soft and slightly fuzzy against the skin, closer to a peach skin than to a slick technical knit. It is warmer than our Super Soft family and holds colour well in mid and deep tones.
Does the brushed surface pill?
Pilling is controlled by the fabric quality and by wash care. We recommend washing inside out in cold water and drying flat, which is what we put on the care label.
