Product overview
The MC4005 is a full-length yoga legging cut from Super Soft 230 gsm knitted fabric. It is one of the highest-volume silhouettes we run, and the pattern is already developed and graded in sizes S/M/L/XL, so a branded sample can be cut without any pattern cost on your side.
Because the fabric is a 68% Nylon / 32% Spandex knit, the legging returns to shape after stretching instead of bagging at the knee or seat. The waistband is built as a wide flat-locked panel with concealed elastic, and the seam lines are placed away from the highest-stretch points of the body so the garment stays smooth through standing twists and seated poses.

Super Soft 230 gsm nylon-spandex knit
Higher elastane content for a silkier hand, stronger recovery and a more sculpting fit.
The Super Soft family is a 230 gsm 68% Nylon / 32% Spandex knit. The higher elastane content gives it a silkier, smoother surface and noticeably stronger recovery than our Brushed fabric.
That recovery is the reason it is the usual choice for sculpting leggings, bike shorts and second-skin sets: the fabric holds the shape it is stretched into rather than relaxing over a long class, and it returns to its original dimensions after washing.

Both knit families pass an opacity test at 250% stretch. For pale colourways we still recommend confirming the weight against your chosen colour before bulk production.
